Ron is a family friend, so I appreciated his work on our behalf and most importantly, I have complete trust that he acted in our best interest. As my wife and I are older, we have had a few experiences wrt moving that is uncommon in most people who move, so Ron would have had to been a seasoned veteran with decades experience to provide us with advice that we weren't already aware of. However, he selected a very good photographer, which likely played a significant role in selling our house. He also never failed to maintain communication with us, nor did he ever say "No, I can't get to that right now". WRT the scores, I rarely ever rate anything a 10/10. However, in this case, Ron represented Irongate Realtors in a manner that reflects professionalism and caring toward its clients. To me, that is high praise and I hope you will see it the same way. Having a real estate agent that we could trust implicitly made selling our home much easier.
